Description
Application
For use in a wide range of soft serve machines and frozen beverage machines.
Directions
FOR EQUIPMENT CLEANING:
- Pre-rinse machine with potable water.
- Dissolve one sachet or level scoop (30g) in 4L of warm water.
- Ensure all parts are in contact with the solution for at least 2 minutes then allow to drain.
- For cleaning and sanitation procedures, refer to the manufacturer’s instructions.
FOR PARTS SOAKING:
- Pre-rinse parts with potable water.
- Dissolve one sachet or level scoop (30g) in 4L of warm water.
- Add parts to the soaking solution for 15 minutes.
- Remove machine parts and allow to drain and air dry before reassembly.
FOR SANITATION:
- Reassemble the machine with the cleaned parts.
- Dissolve one sachet or level scoop (30g) in 4L of warm water.
- Flush the machine with solution.
- Ensure all internal parts are in contact with the solution for at least 2 minutes then allow to drain.
At the recommended level of 30g/4L, Soft Serve Machine Cleaner achieved a >log 5 reduction after 2 minutes at 40˚C under clean conditions against the following bacteria:
• Listeria monocytogenes
• Salmonella choleraesuis
• Escherichia coli
• Staphylococcus aureus
